Sugar content is an important parameter that determines the freshness, maturity and taste of fruits. The ES-TB02 non-destructive fruit sugar meter uses the infrared spectrum detection principle to irradiate infrared light into the fruit and calculate the sugar content (Brix value) of the fruit based on the signal value reflected to the sensor.
