Using a 4K fisheye lens combined with professional optical sensing technology, it can calculate and analyze the transmittance of sunlight through clouds in real time. Utilizing AI algorithms, it identifies cloud and clear-sky areas and automatically removes obstructions, accurately measuring cloud cover and calculating cloud coverage percentages and levels. Output data such as clear-sky percentage, cloudy percentage, cloud cover level, and percentage of few clouds.

The cloud cover monitor is suitable for applications in meteorological observation, environmental monitoring, climate research, weather forecasting, agricultural monitoring, and solar power generation, helping users to more accurately understand and predict weather and its impact on solar energy utilization.
